Shipping.
Within New Zeland, our shipping costs are:
$12 NZD on orders up to $120.00
We offer free shipping on orders $120 NZD and over.
Internationally - unfortunately we do no offer international shipping at this time.
Delivery service
Our products as dispatched via NZ Post courier services. Once the parcel is wrapped and ticketed, you will receive an email with the tracking code in it.
If you live near me and choose ‘Local Pick-up’, I will contact you directly to organise the delivery or collection of your parcel. If you would like to check if you are eligible for local pick-up, please email me on hello@tabletotray.nz
Returns or Damaged Goods.
If your items purchased through Table to Tray need to be returned or arrived damaged, please email me on hello@tabletotray.nz, quoting the order number and the item name. If possible, please also send a photo of the item to be returned or which was received damaged.
